Documents

NOTE: Each section of the Road to Renting Program has a separate certificate. The front side is where you write the participant’s name, the agency giving the certificate, and the date. The facilitator then signs it. The back side shows what the participant learned in each section. The back side is helpful to landlords and managers who aren’t aware of the program and want to know what to expect from their tenant applicants.

NOTE ABOUT CERTIFICATE FORMS: You will notice that each of the certificates below includes a “Form.” These are the certificates that you can download and type in the information, rather than writing it in by hand. Just delete the examples already there (Participant’s Name, Agency or Program, Date) and type in your own information. It’s best to use Adobe Acrobat Reader for this, rather than other document readers like Preview. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free if you don’t have it.
