Coffee that cares

Coffee With a Mission in Spokane

New Leaf is more than a local Spokane coffee shop. It is a social enterprise of Transitions where every cup of coffee helps support job training, confidence building, and meaningful work experience for adults and youth facing barriers to employment.

With convenient cafe locations in Spokane, New Leaf gives the community an easy way to enjoy great coffee while supporting a mission that helps people turn a fresh page.

New Leaf offers support from a dedicated Vocational Specialist, a professional who helps individuals overcome barriers to employment and build a path toward meaningful, sustainable work. Vocational Specialists work one-on-one with participants to identify strengths, develop job skills, create resumes, practice interviewing, and connect with employment or training opportunities. They also provide ongoing support to address challenges such as gaps in work history, limited experience, or other obstacles that can make finding and keeping a job difficult. This personalized guidance can be an important step toward financial stability and independence.

Individuals interested in working with a Vocational Specialist can call our main number at (509) 328-6702, option 2, or email info@help4women.org to learn more.
