Transitions receives around 20 public grants each year and that many or more private grants, processes sales through our social enterprise, banks rent payments and safety deposits through our housing, and fundraises for corporate and individual gifts of various forms. We process expenses across 6 programs plus administration and payroll/benefits for approximately 35 employees. The CFO serves as our $3M organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability.
